The successful candidate will manage and maintain the ERP system, safeguard data integrity, and ensure accurate records to support informed decision-making. Responsibilities include overseeing daily ERP operations, entering and updating academic, financial, and student data, and ensuring compliance with school policies. The role also requires issuing regular parent communications (grades, circulars, timetables, attendance, events) and promptly resolving ERP and IT issues for parents and teachers. Provide timely technical support to maintain a reliable and seamless educational environment.
