Job Description
Location: Pune (Local residents preferred)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of PG Diploma in IT Software and Networking.
Experience: 3-6 years, preferably in a large F&B company IT department with an understanding of F&B business.
Responsibilities:
- Handle F&B Retail Software including Inventory Management.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues.
- Provide technical and user support.
- Manage hardware repairs (POS, printers, desktops, etc.).
- Oversee network infrastructure.
- Manage Operating Systems and Office 365 products.
- Plan, manage, and execute IT tasks.
- Monitor daily IT functions across sites.
- Support remote sites.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
