Job Description
Jade Global is actively seeking a qualified candidate for the iScala Support position. The ideal candidate will work closely with the client application lead to manage daily activities, provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for iScala ERP Finance Modules, and participate in relevant meetings. Key responsibilities include monitoring support tickets, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring thorough documentation is maintained.
Requirements for this role include a minimum of 6 years of experience with iScala ERP, as well as proficiency in XML, Unix, and PL/SQL. An ITIL certification is preferred. Strong communication skills and the availability to work rotational shifts are crucial for success in this position.
