Position: Invoice Coordinator
Work Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹216,00.00 – ₹264,00.00 per year
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and SAP, strong customer support abilities, punctuality, discipline, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage sales orders and invoices.
- Ensure the accuracy of Local Purchase Order (LPO) prices compared to quoted prices.
- Maintain timely submission of invoices and perform reconciliations.
