Job Description
SARA INFOTECH is seeking a committed Process Associate to handle customer calls for our operations serving the United States. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to efficiently address customer inquiries during US shift hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls from US clients.
- Effectively resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US hours (IST).
