Job Description
Reign Recruitz Solution Pvt. Ltd. is excited to announce an opening for International Voice Process Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, with a strong emphasis on customer retention and effective issue resolution, aiming for a high first-call resolution rate.
Candidates should have between 0-3 years of experience in an international voice process (BPO) environment. Excellent English communication skills and strong negotiation abilities are a must. Familiarity with CRM tools is also required.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of up to ₹25,00 with night shifts. You will enjoy a 5-day workweek with weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
