Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication scripts for various topics.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Upsell products when opportunities arise.
- Build sustainable relationships with customers.
- Maintain records of all conversations in our database.
- Meet personal and team targets.
Requirements:
- Aged 18-26, based in Chennai (Ashok Nagar, Vadapalani preferred).
- Previous customer support experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Flexible and adaptable to different personalities.
Job Type: Full-time, Night Shift
Pay: ₹14,00.00 – ₹16,00.00 per month
