Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a Customer Support position at V-Learning in the International Voice Process. Candidates with a Pre-University or any degree, along with a minimum of 6 months of experience in an international voice setting, are encouraged to apply.
Key Qualifications: Excellent communication skills in English; Age: 19-45.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from ₹20,00 to ₹28,00, including cab facilities, food allowance, and potential incentives of up to ₹6,00.
Work Schedule: Night shifts (US shifts), 5 working days with 2 rotational days off.
Location: Electronic City, Bangalore. In this role, you will engage with customers to address concerns, ensure satisfaction, and provide outstanding service while managing expectations.
