Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive for our International Voice Process team in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires 1 to 2.2 years of experience and involves working the night shift, with one-way cab service provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and support requests via phone calls.
- Provide precise information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Document each interaction in our system while adhering to company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong listening and problem-solving capabilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Salary: ₹300,00.00 – ₹400,00.00 annually.
