Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer inquiries through chat and voice support.
- Deliver outstanding service by effectively communicating and resolving issues.
- Accurately document customer inquiries and their resolutions.
- Work closely with support teams to provide efficient solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills.
- At least 6 months of international customer support experience.
- A graduate degree is mandatory.
