Cyitechsearch Interactive Solutions is actively searching for a Customer Support Executive who is committed to delivering outstanding service. This position involves addressing customer inquiries via voice calls in both English and Hindi, ensuring satisfaction throughout the process.
Job Profile: Connect with customers to provide top-notch support.
Mandatory Criteria: Candidates must possess at least a graduate degree, whether freshers or experienced individuals. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with a typing speed of 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
Shift: 24/7 with rotating shifts, requiring five working days and two days off each week.
Compensation: Salary ranges from ₹21,00.00 to ₹33,00.00 per month, accompanied by benefits such as health insurance and performance bonuses.
