Job Description
We are looking for experienced candidates to join our team as Customer Support Executives for the Vorizon Voice process in Kolkata. This role involves managing customer inquiries and delivering outstanding support. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in BPO or International Voice Customer Support and possess a graduation degree in any field. The position operates on a rotational schedule, with evening and night shifts, and requires five working days per week. The salary is competitive, ranging from ₹25,00 to ₹30,00 per month, along with performance bonuses and travel allowances.
The interview process includes HR screening, an AMCAT test, a mock call/chat, and a final operations round.
