Job Description
JVW Technologies is actively seeking candidates for positions in the International Voice and Non-Voice Processes, including Voice, Chat, Non-Voice, Blended, and Semi-Voice roles.
Location: Manyata Techpark, Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, verify information, and resolve customer inquiries.
- Provide effective solutions while demonstrating sound judgment and empathy.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Requirements:
- At least six months of experience in an international voice process.
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus).
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary: ₹24,00.00 – ₹34,00.00 per month
