Job Description
Location: Bahadurpalli
JVW Technologies is actively looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as International Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will manage inbound calls from international customers, providing effective resolution to their inquiries through voice communication.
Strong proficiency in English and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service are essential. Candidates should be open to working rotational night shifts (five days a week with two rotating days off).
Qualifications: A minimum of six months experience in the International BPO or voice processing is preferred; however, we also welcome freshers. Compensation ranges from ₹25,00.00 to ₹40,00.00 per month, along with additional benefits.
