Job Description
Join Genesis HR Services as an International Customer Service Representative! We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in international voice processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company products and services for accurate assistance.
- Educate customers on effective usage of products/services.
Compensation: ₹375,00.00 – ₹700,00.00 per year + incentives + allowances.
Benefits: Health insurance, Life insurance, Provident Fund.
Location: Bangalore (Electronic City). Immediate joiners preferred.
Requirements
- Good Communication Skills

- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
