Job Description
JVW Technologies is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Service Desk Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing Internet and Telecom inquiries, managing calls from international clients, and resolving product-related concerns. You will utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records and work closely with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Candidates must be graduates or undergraduates with strong English communication skills and proficient computer knowledge. A minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO international voice process is preferred. Applicants should be willing to work in US shifts and must be available to join immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month.
