We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls for our international clientele, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing efficient solutions, and maintaining accurate call records. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, excellent English communication skills, and be available to work night shifts.
Compensation starts at ₹12,00.00 per month, with additional benefits such as health insurance and a provident fund.
