Job Description
Jinty AT Services is actively seeking skilled candidates with exceptional English communication abilities for a full-time International BPO role. The ideal applicant must be willing to work the night shift for our US Collections process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to international clients.
- Professionally address inbound customer inquiries.
- Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Strive to exceed monthly performance targets.
- Maintain detailed call logs and document customer interactions.
- Supply comprehensive product information.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues.
- Effectively manage complaints while adhering to company policies.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹34,303.22 per month
