Job Description

Location: Mumbai, Thane, Bhayander, Mira Road

Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹35,00 + Incentives

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates in US process/BPO are welcome.

Shift: 5 days working in US shifts with night and rotational shifts available.

Requirements: Must be 12th pass with excellent communication and customer support skills. Candidates with experience in US Sales, Retentions, Collections, and Customer Service are preferred.

Benefits: Provident Fund, Performance bonus, and quarterly bonuses.

Work Location: In-person; CAB facility available (one side).
