Job Description
Mihir Infinite Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team located in Kisan Nagar, Wagle Estate, Thane West. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, emails, and chats to address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
We are looking for candidates who possess an HSC Plus or Bachelor’s Degree and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or the BPO industry. We also welcome fresh graduates to apply. Candidates must be flexible to work in rotational day shifts.
The salary for this position ranges from ₹15,00 to ₹25,00 per month, along with health insurance benefits.
