Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Internal Sales Coordinator to handle inbound inquiries, process orders accurately, coordinate with logistics and account managers, maintain CRM records, and perform timely customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales or customer service; B2B experience preferred.
- Skills: excellent English communication, CRM proficiency, and MS Office competency.
- Attributes: strong organizational skills, teamwork orientation, and effective problem-solving ability.
