Job Description

Interior Designer (3–4 Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience to support design development and execution of interior projects. The candidate will work closely with senior designers, architects, and site teams to deliver functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning
• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and finish selections
• Assist in client presentations and design discussions
• Produce 3D views and renderings for design visualization

Drawings & Documentation

• Prepare 2D drawings including layout plans, elevations, sections, and details
• Assist in preparing working drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Coordinate drawings with architectural and MEP teams

Site Coordination & Execution

• Conduct site visits to understand execution requirements
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site supervisors
• Ensure design intent is followed during execution
• Assist in resolving basic site and design issues

Client & Team Coordination

• Support seniors in client coordination and revisions
• Incorporate client feedback into drawings and design updates
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture

Experience

• 3–4 years of professional experience in interior design projects
• Exposure to residential / commercial / hospitality interiors

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of SketchUp & Lumion / V-Ray
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or InDesign
• Understanding of materials, finishes, and basic construction practices

Soft Skills

• Good design sensibility and attention to detail
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under guidance and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks

Preferred Skills

• Site execution exposure
• Vendor and material coordination experience
• Knowledge of modular furniture, lighting, and finishes
