Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Intensivist/Anesthesiologist to join our esteemed team at NU Hospitals. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of the Department of Anaesthesiology. The ideal applicant will possess an MD, DNB in Anaesthesiology, or DA, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in anaesthetic techniques including monitored anesthesia care (MAC), regional and general anaesthesia, vascular access, and ultrasonic-guided nerve blocks is required. Candidates should be well-equipped to manage crises in both ICU and emergency settings.

Key responsibilities include participating in the development and implementation of departmental protocols, collaborating effectively with senior staff members, ensuring patient safety, maintaining thorough documentation, conducting daily rounds in the ICU, and mentoring paramedical staff.
