Job Description
HIRD Services Pvt Ltd, located in Kolkata, is looking for a committed Back End Operations team member. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and experience in insurance, as well as familiarity with US pension or UK pension retirement. Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level is essential.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding client plan provisions and delivering timely, high-quality service.
- Prioritizing tasks to align with client needs while adhering to process guidelines.
- Participating in daily meetings and adapting to new tasks to support client objectives.
