Job Description

Location: Eco Space Rajarhat, Newtown Kolkata (WFH option). Duties: generate sales individually and via recruited team, recruit and develop agents, lead and motivate teams. Skills: lead generation, cold calling, relationship building, business development and leadership. Eligibility: 12th pass (2 years’ experience preferred). Schedule: Mon–Fri, 11 AM–5 PM. Pay: Fixed INR 7,00 + INR 12,00 allowance + incentives (INR 19,00–35,00+). Three-month training with performance stipend up to INR 105,00. Selection: interview + IRDAI exam. Jobs: full-time/part-time/permanent/fresher. Benefits: health insurance, WFH.
