Job Description
Quodeck Technologies seeks a creative Instructional Designer to design engaging, learner-centered experiences. Collaborate with subject-matter experts to analyze learner needs, define instructional objectives, storyboard UI and visuals, and develop multimedia elements including audio, video, simulations, and games. Design assessments, maintain course documentation, and ensure transfer of learning.
Requirements: strong understanding of learning theories and ID models, curriculum planning, basic e-learning tools and LMS, visual design sensibility, and scriptwriting. Degree in Instructional Design or Educational Technology preferred. Full-time, permanent, in-person role. Salary: ₹350,00–₹600,00/year. Benefits include health insurance and provident fund. Preferred: 1 year total work experience. We welcome imaginative candidates who create compelling content that improves retention and performance.
