Job Description
BirlaSoft is looking for a Senior Technical Lead to join our Enterprise Applications team located in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of robust programming experience with AS400 technologies, including DB2/400, RPG/400, CL/400, ILE/400, and SQL/400.
Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements and contributing to the design of manufacturing processes. A solid understanding of Agile methodology and proven experience in addressing production issues are essential for this role.
Familiarity with JIRA, change management tools, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is preferred. Experience with Infor XA will be considered a significant advantage.
