We are hiring for a leading manufacturing group in the Auto sector. Join our team as an Industrial Relations Manager and play a key role in managing Industrial Relations, Union handling, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Industrial Relations, Legal, and Administration functions.
- Manage grievances, disciplinary actions, and trade union negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and assist in legal matters.
Candidate Requirements:
- MBA HR, MSW, LLB, or Diploma in Legal practices with 18-25 years of experience.
- Strong union negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
