Job Description

IdlyGo is seeking an experienced Indian Namkeen Cook. Annual CTC: ₹2.14–2.40 lakhs. Required: 1–3 years of relevant experience and minimum higher secondary (high school) pass.

• Prepare dough and fillings for samosas, kachoris and assorted snacks; shape and fry to consistent size, texture and flavor.
• Operate deep fryers at proper temperatures, monitor oil quality, and minimize waste.
• Support inventory control and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food-safety standards.
• Meet peak-hour production targets while demonstrating strong dough handling, seasoning consistency, time management, and teamwork.
