Job Description
We are ThinkBiz Consulting, currently looking for dedicated individuals to fill the Inbound Voice Process Specialist position within our organization.
Nature of Job: Inbound customer service, assisting with queries regarding Vodafone & Idea Service Department.
Requirements: Graduates or HSC/Graduates with BPO experience. We seek candidates with excellent communication skills, fluent in Tamil, Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada, Punjabi, Malayalam, or Bengali.
Salary: ₹19,00 – ₹23,00 per month, depending on experience.
Shift Timing: Rotational shifts available for both males and females.
Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund, performance bonuses.
Requirements
