Job Description

The Inbound Transportation Representative serves as Amazon’s primary liaison to sellers and delivery partners, troubleshooting delivery issues, escalating sensitive cases, and proposing process improvements. The role demands clear, professional communication, prompt customer and partner support, strong time management, trend analysis, and efficient use of web and email systems.

• Minimum: university degree, strong written and verbal English, good concentration and comprehension, ability to work independently and in teams.
• Technical: comfortable with Windows, Outlook, Word, web browsers, and fast typing; logistics experience and Excel proficiency preferred.
• Accountable for meeting performance targets and supporting continuous improvement.
