Job Description
We are currently looking for an Inbound Process Assistant to join our team at ASSPL – Karnataka. Ideal candidates will possess over a year of experience with Microsoft Office applications, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. The position requires the ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk for shifts that may last up to 12 hours.
Key responsibilities include managing daily shifts, handling administrative duties, allocating jobs, monitoring associates for safety, productivity, and quality, and conducting training sessions. A minimum of six months of basic people management experience is also required.
