Job Description

Gurusoul Realty Private Limited is actively seeking a committed Inbound Call Executive to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for:

• Handling incoming customer calls with professionalism
• Identifying customer needs and providing accurate information
• Effectively resolving queries, complaints, and issues
• Keeping detailed records of each call and customer interaction
• Following up with customers as necessary

This full-time, permanent position is open to fresh graduates, offering a competitive salary between ₹11,814.40 and ₹18,406.83 per month, along with health insurance benefits. Preference will be given to candidates available for day shifts, with this role requiring in-person attendance.
