Job Description
iPremium India is hiring a full-time, in-person Inbound Call Agent for BeastDrive. The role involves answering incoming customer calls, providing accurate information on bookings and pricing, converting inquiries into confirmed ticket sales, and maintaining call logs and timely follow-ups to achieve conversion targets.
- Requirements: excellent verbal communication, patient and solution-oriented approach, strong attention to detail, basic computer/CRM skills, and fluency in at least one South Indian language (Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada).
- Preferred: prior inbound or customer support experience.
- Compensation & benefits: ₹5,815.34–₹25,455.89/month, cell phone reimbursement, and a flexible schedule.
