Job Description
Skyline Builders, a well-known Realty company with multiple projects in Mumbai and New Mumbai, invites applications for the position of Legal Professional (Advocate).
The ideal candidate should possess at least 8 years of active experience in Real Estate/Builder law, with proficiency in reading, writing, and typing in Marathi. A strong command of English is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Property due diligence, title verification, and transfer management.
- RERA project registration and compliance.
- Customer documentation and flat registrations.
- Society formation and legal compliance.
- Court filings and litigation coordination.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹60,00 – ₹90,00/month.
