Job Description
We are looking for a committed Customer Service & Documentation Executive to join our team at our office in CBD, Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address inquiries regarding ocean freight rates, shipping schedules, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Lines/VOA for loading confirmations and provide timely shipment updates.
- Manage invoicing and ensure accurate shipment records are maintained.
- Assist in client coordination to support business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in the shipping or logistics industry.
