Job Description
Oshadi Collective is looking for a committed professional to fill the position of Import Export Documentation Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Verifying data from Purchase Orders to Final Invoices to execute new orders.
- Coordinating the booking of sample and bulk shipments.
- Creating Proforma Invoices, Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Arranging local courier services and compiling necessary documentation.
- Processing foreign payments and managing follow-ups on licenses.
- Overseeing import shipment clearances and payment receivables.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting from ₹40,00.00 per month
Experience: At least 7 years required
Work Location: On-site
