Job Description
We are seeking an IBL Coordinator to support transportation and logistics operations by optimizing resources, controlling costs, and ensuring quality across shipments. The role manages data, reporting and shipment execution, coordinates with vendors, suppliers and inventory, and ensures regulatory compliance and safety.
- Perform daily stock updates and use ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for tracking and planning.
- Provide administrative and customer support, recommend process and system improvements, and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, fluency in English and Hindi, and willingness to work in Ramanagaram, Karnataka or Shirur, Maharashtra.
