Job Description

Shri Management Services is actively looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to become an integral part of our team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low-side HVAC systems, which include Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), and ventilation systems. Your primary goal will be to ensure optimal indoor air quality and thermal comfort for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate AHUs and ventilation systems.
• Conduct inspections and perform filter replacements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues promptly.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess an ITI or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering, with experience ranging from 6 months to 4 years.

Salary: Competitive salary between 3 Lac to 4 Lac per annum within the Real Estate/Construction sector.
