Job Description
We seek a full-time, permanent HVAC Procurement Specialist to manage material purchases, ensuring costs remain below budget and materials are available on schedule. The role oversees PR-to-PO processing, monitors budgeted cost vs. purchase cost, enforces SLA delivery compliance, and executes purchase planning and procurement-process compliance.
- Perform METS and Tally entries; release POs/Work Orders within one business day.
- Create item codes and maintain DC, MIR, GRN, WIR, vendor bills, and test/warranty certificates.
- Certify bills, negotiate vendor pricing and delivery, register vendors, and maintain PO/material trackers.
- Identify alternate suppliers and provide cross-functional procurement support.
