Job Description
Pennar Industries Limited is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails.
- Keeping accurate records of casual attendance on a daily basis.
- Assisting in policy formulation and the hiring process.
- Managing job postings, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinating orientation and training sessions for new employees.
- Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹144,00.00 – ₹240,00.00 per year
