Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Capital and Insurance Operations Associate to oversee HR processes and insurance administration. This role supports recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee records, and benefits enrollment while ensuring compliance with company policies and confidentiality.
- Manage insurance claims and liaise with providers; maintain accurate employee and insurance data.
- Prepare operational reports, resolve issues, and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate across teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; 1–3 years’ experience in HR or insurance operations; proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.
