Job Description
- Oversee daily hub operations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Manage all aspects of the delivery hub, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of delivery executives and logistics executives to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders.
- Ensure that delivery vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available to fulfill orders
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and submit reports on hub performance, including delivery metrics and inventory levels, to management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers.
- Manage stock movement records
