Job Description
We are SWIM CHEM SERVICES, seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor for our facility in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will train and oversee housekeepers, maintain high cleanliness standards, manage staff schedules, and handle customer requests. A successful candidate will have 1-2 years of supervisory experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to use industrial cleaning equipment.
Responsibilities include monitoring cleaning practices, motivating team members, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Flexibility to work various shifts is required.
