In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for training housekeeping staff, overseeing daily operations, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and manage housekeeping personnel.
- Ensure cleanliness in guest rooms and common areas.
- Schedule shifts and coordinate staff replacements as needed.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
