Job Description
HOTEL RATHNA RESIDENCY is seeking dynamic candidates for the position of Hotel Receptionist. Candidates should have prior experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management (BHM or BSc).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage room reservations and allocations.
- Welcome guests and escort them to their rooms.
- Issue and collect room keys.
- Maintain guest check-in registers.
- Coordinate with housekeeping for luggage assistance.
- Answer guest queries at the reception desk.
- Submit occupancy reports and coordinate maintenance needs.
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month.
