Job Description
We are seeking a professional Hotel Receptionist to deliver outstanding front-desk service. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, responding to phone and email inquiries, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance.
- Qualifications: courteous, organized, fluent in English, and proficient with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends; prior hospitality experience and strong communication skills are preferred.
