Job Description
Join AMAIRA CARE as a Hotel Receptionist and be the friendly face of our service apartment. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests with courtesy and professionalism. Your duties will include managing check-in and check-out procedures, addressing inquiries and reservations through various channels, and maintaining accurate front desk records. Additionally, you will support billing and payment operations, coordinate with housekeeping and other teams, and ensure that the reception area remains organized.
