Job Description
Kumarakom Tharavadu – Heritage Hotel is seeking a full-time, on-site Hotel Maintenance Staff member to uphold building systems and guest areas. Duties include repairing plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems; carpentry and painting; inspecting interiors and exteriors; performing preventative maintenance; testing emergency systems; managing maintenance inventory; and assisting with events and groundskeeping. The successful candidate should hold a Diploma in Industrial Maintenance or Electrical and demonstrate proven experience in building and hotel maintenance. Strong safety awareness, problem-solving ability, and a customer-service orientation are required. Compensation is up to ₹18,00 per month, with meals provided.
