Job Description

Addon Solutions is seeking a full-time Hotel Front Office Staff member to deliver professional reception services and exceptional guest support. Duties include welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out, handling online and telephone reservations, verifying payment methods, assigning rooms, and promoting hotel specials.

• Arrange guest transport and coordinate logistics
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions
• Serve as conference host and ensure event readiness
